The roof over the auditorium of Crocus City Hall collapsed. The fire is still being extinguished.
Russian leader Vladimir Putin has not yet commented on the attack. On the night of March 23, RIA Novosti propagandists announced his appeal, but later called the announcement a "technical failure."
Kremlin media wrote that the suspects could be citizens of Tajikistan, the country's Foreign Ministry called it a fake.
