Ihor Kibalchych, Candidate of Geographical Sciences, meteorologist reports that on Wednesday, April 3, in the western and northern regions, as well as in the afternoon in the eastern part, there will be small, sometimes moderate rains.

In the rest of the country, there is no significant precipitation. Wind west / southwest, 7 - 12 m/s, in the western and northern regions in some places gusts, 15 - 20 m/s. Air temperature at night +4...+9 °C, in the south and east +7...+12 °C; during the day +14...+19 °С, in the south-eastern part of Ukraine +18...+23 °С.

On Wednesday, April 3, in the western, northern and Vinnytsia regions, in the afternoon in places in the extreme east, in the Azov region, a light short-term rain, also in some places in Ukraine, in the rest of the territory without significant precipitation, reports the Ukrhydrometeorological center.

The wind is mainly western, 7-12 m/s, in the western, northern, Vinnytsia, Cherkasy, at night in some places and in the eastern regions gusts of 15-20 m/s, in the highlands of the Carpathians 25 m/s.

The temperature at night is 5-10°, during the day 12-17°, in the southern part of Ukraine up to 20°.

In the highlands of the Carpathians light rain, at night with sleet; The temperature at night is 0-5° Celsius, during the day 4-9°.

In Kyiv on Wednesday light short-term rain, in the afternoon - in places. West wind, 7-12 m/s, gusts of 15-20 m/s. Temperature at night 8-10°, during the day about 15°.

According to the Borys Sreznevsky Central Geophysical Observatory, the highest daytime temperature in Kyiv on April 3 was 25.0° in 1990, the lowest night temperature was -10.4° in 1931.
