From the first of April, Transcarpathians will once again have to prepare for long hours of blackouts. The new schedule was posted on the official website of Zakarpattiaoblenergo. There will be no electricity in the morning and before lunch. The power supply will be turned off from 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Kyiv time.
It is worth noting that the blackouts that are currently being introduced in Zakarpattia are not emergency and are primarily related to scheduled work on power lines within settlements.
It will be recalled that this year the blackout in Zakarpattia began in January and continues to this day. Last time, electricity in Zakarpattia was turned off for ten hours.
Also, since March 24, emergency blackout schedules have been applied in some areas .
To recap, in Ukraine there is a tough situation with the provision of electricity to the population in many regions, it is necessary to introduce emergency shutdowns in some regions. This year, in March, the enemy once again launched a massive attack on the energy infrastructure. The previous missile attack on energy facilities was carried out in November at the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion. It was one of the largest energy terrorist attacks in the history of Ukraine.
