On the evening of March 25, the body of a man who went missing back in January was found in the Ikva River near the village of Ivanne, Rivne region. Rowers who were in the area reported their find to the police.
Police and rescuers immediately arrived at the scene and pulled the body out of the water, according to the Police of the Rivne region.
According to the investigative group of the Dubno District Police Department, the deceased was identified as a 38-year-old resident of the Dubno region, who went missing in January this year. Documents found in his pocket confirmed his identity, and the man was also identified by his relatives.
Despite the circumstances of the death, no signs of violent death were found on the body. At the moment, law enforcement agencies are investigating the cause of this tragic incident.
