One of the deputies proposes to increase fines, and in addition, proposes to put on the wanted list those who do not appear on the summons for the third time.

People's deputies admit that evaders who ignored the summons three times and did not appear at the TCC will be put on the wanted list, TSN writes.

As part of the consideration of the draft law on mobilization, people's deputies admit the possibility of allowing draft evaders to be put on the wanted list. In addition, fines and administrative liability for evading mobilization are planned to increase.

This was stated by MP from the Batkivshchyna faction Vadym Ivchenkoon the air of the telethon.

"We know about the initiative that fines and administrative liability will increase. If you receive the first summons, this fine will be increased. If you do not appear for the second time on a summons to the Military Medical Commission, the military registration and enlistment office, then there will be an even higher fine. And thirdly, perhaps, if you deliberately avoid and so on, by a court decision, I think a person can go on the wanted list. These are all things that the government is proposing... I am sure that the deputies of the law enforcement committee (this is not the national security committee) will professionally consider the relevant proposals," the deputy said.

At the same time, he noted that this can happen only after the draft law on mobilization passes the National Security Committee and the session hall of the Verkhovna Rada.

"Then the format will be clear, around which to build the relevant proposals regarding the Code of Administrative Offenses or the Criminal Code," Vadym Ivchenko summed up.
