The incident happened yesterday, at about 5 o'clock, on Mynaiska Street, in Uzhgorod.
While patrolling, the police noticed a man who was behaving suspiciously.
During a superficial check, patrol officers found a metal object that looked like brass knuckles on the citizen.
An investigative team was immediately called to the scene to clarify all the circumstances of the incident, because signs of a criminal offense are seen in the manʼs actions.
