In Khust, the police seized grenades and more than 800 rounds of ammunition from illicit trafficking.
"Officers of the Khust District Police Department conducted a court-authorized search at the place of residence of a 34-year-old resident of Khust. In the apartment of the defendant in the criminal proceedings, the police found hidden 4 grenades and more than 800 rounds of ammunition for automatic weapons," the statement reads.
All material evidence was seized by the police from illegal circulation and will be sent to experts for examination.
On this fact, investigators of the Khust District Police Department opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
