The 44-year-old Ukrainian promised his "clients" to employ them at one of the enterprises. In the future, in order to leave the territory of Ukraine, a package of documents for a business trip abroad was prepared for men, the Western Regional Department of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reports .

The organizer of the illegal scheme was detained in accordance with Art. 208 of the CPC after receiving a part of the cash tranche. During the authorized searches at the address of residence, law enforcement officers found and seized a mobile phone, seals of the company, a flash drive and a drive.

Investigators served the suspect a notice of suspicion of committing a crime under Part 3 of Art. 332 (Illegal transportation of persons across the state border of Ukraine) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The court remanded the detainee in custody.

The operation was carried out by border guards of the operational and search unit of the Lviv Border Guard Detachment, officers of the Migration Police Department and investigators of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Lviv region under the procedural supervision of the Lviv Specialized Defense Prosecutor's Office of the Western Region.

The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
