Today, at midnight, on Svoboda Avenue in Uzhgorod, the patrol police stopped the driver of a Volkswagen for violating traffic rules.
During the conversation, the police noticed signs of drug intoxication in the driver, the Patrol Police of Transcarpathian region reports.
The driver refused a medical examination for intoxication, which was suggested by the police. For this, a number of administrative materials were drawn up against him:
- Part 5 of Art. 126 (Driving a vehicle by a person deprived of the right to drive);
- Part 3 of Art. 130 (Driving while intoxicated twice during the year) of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
The total amount of fines is more than 90 thousand hryvnias.
