Yesterday, at about 10 p.m., on Dukhnovycha Street in Mukachevo, patrol police officers stopped a VAZ car driven by a woman. She violated the Traffic Rules.
While communicating with the driver, the police noticed obvious signs of drug intoxication. She was offered to undergo a medical examination by a narcologist, but she refused.
Administrative materials were drawn up against the offender under Part 1 of Article 121 (Violation of the rules of driving or operating a vehicle, rules for using seat belts or motorcycle helmets) and Part 1 of Article 130 (Driving while intoxicated) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
