On the night of Friday, March 29, a tragedy occurred in the city of Opole, Poland.
An 18-year-old citizen of Ukraine, whom the police tried to stop for violating traffic rules, tried to escape. At high speed, he crashed into a roadside pole and later died in hospital.

A police patrol spotted a car driving in violation of traffic rules on Thursday, March 28, shortly before midnight. The police urged the driver to stop with illuminated signs, but he ignored the demand and continued in the direction of the city center. The police are establishing the circumstances of the incident and the reasons for the driver's behavior.
