New opportunities for convenient travel: the first guests-tourists have already arrived in Transcarpathia by the new train "Prague-Chop" (VIDEO)

On March 28, at the checkpoint "Chop (Strazh)", the train "Prague-Chop" was registered for the first time.

125 people arrived at the entrance to the Ukraine, 10 of whom were crew members. In total, 107 citizens of Ukraine and 18 foreigners passed border control.

"After getting off the cars, passengers go through border and customs control at the international checkpoint "Chop (Strazh) - in the premises of the railway station. Once registered, they can continue their journey around Ukraine.

The train, owned by RegioJet, the largest private passenger rail and bus carrier in Central and Eastern Europe, will run daily. It will depart from Prague at 9:52 p.m. and arrive at the Chop railway station at 10:35 a.m. In the opposite direction, the train will depart at 5:35 p.m. and arrive in Prague at 5:46 a.m.," the statement reads. 
It is expected that this new passenger connection will open up new opportunities for Ukrainians to travel conveniently to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and with transfers - further to the EU countries.
