People are outraged by such behavior of people in uniform, because they consider such "catching" illegal and inhuman.
In Mukachevo, the TCC officers probably tried to push the men into the bus, and after an unsuccessful attempt, they kicked it. As noted in the post, this incident happened this morning on Potushnyak Street.

But not everyone supports such outrage. One of the comments calls on men to go and defend the country themselves, because some have been on the front line for a long time, and those in the rear, according to the comment, "hang out in taverns and hide":
