In Ukraine, they began to transmit electricity meter readings in a new way: who is affected?

This is stated in the message of the press service of the company on Facebook.

Customers were urged not to be surprised if controllers asked them to take a photo of the electricity meter, because now DTEK employees will use the Mobile Controller application, which will allow faster and more accurate transmission of data on electricity consumption.

It will happen like this:

• The controller enters data into the app on your smartphone or tablet.
• Takes a photo of the counter.
• The images are uploaded to the program so that, if necessary, DTEK can verify the accuracy of the entered indicators.
