"Patience is already running out from such a mess": people massively complain about the work of Ukrposhta in one of the villages in Transcarpathia (VIDEO).

In rain or snow, people stand on the street for hours, waiting for the mobile office of Ukrposhta, which comes to the village for several hours, and even then not every day.

People have been complaining about the problematic postal service in the village of Shyrokyi Luh in the Tyachiv district for many years in a row. The community did not appreciate the innovations introduced by Ukrposhta in 2020. At that time, the old employees were fired, and a mobile office arrived to replace the traditional post office, the doors of which used to be open almost every day: a branded car began to bring new postal workers for an hour or two three times a week. During this time, everyone should use the services. So the problems arose, and they have not disappeared to this day. Currently, there are new obstacles on the way to affordable postal services.
