Earlier, the brigade reported 19 dead servicemen, including officers, the number of wounded was not named. At the same time, one of the soldiers who was on the scene told Suspilne that about 35 men were wounded.

In response to a request from the Public Office, the State Bureau of Investigation in the city of Melitopol reported that the exact number of wounded servicemen is 41.

On November 6, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy informed that the commander of the 128th Separate Mountain Assault Zakarpattia Brigade, Dmytro Lysiuk, had been suspended from his post for the duration of the investigation.

The SBI does not report on the status in the pre-trial investigation of Brigade Commander Dmytro Lysiuk, who was late for the award ceremony and was suspended from duty, "in order to ensure the effective implementation of the tasks of criminal proceedings, so as not to harm the investigation and take into account the observance of the rights of all participants in criminal proceedings, including victims."

The Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Rustem Umerov, reported on Facebook that he had instructed the General Staff to conduct inspections of security protocols in units.
