The State Environmental Inspectorate in the Transcarpathian region recorded the facts of unauthorized waste dumping in the Velykyi Bereznya and Vynogradiv communities.
The State Environmental Inspectorate in the Transcarpathian region reported the discovery of two illegal landfills in the region.
On May 20, 2025, during the inspection of the territories of the Velykyi Bereznyi and Vynogradiv territorial communities, state inspectors for environmental protection of the State Environmental Inspectorate in the Transcarpathian region (hereinafter referred to as the Inspectorate) discovered an unauthorized waste dump on the territory of the village of Velykyi Bereznyi and in the village of Velyki Komyati.
The Inspectorate sent letters to the address of the Velykyi Bereznya Village Council of the Uzhhorod District and the Vynogradiv City Council of the Beregovo District with a demand to make appropriate decisions and take measures in accordance with the requirements of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "On Waste Management".
