Transcarpathia prepares for a sharp cold snap: Meteorologists warn of danger

This was reported by the Transcarpathian Regional Hydrometeorology Center.

At night, light precipitation is possible in some areas, and during the day, slight precipitation is expected in mountainous regions. Fog may occur at night and in the morning, which could complicate road conditions. Certain mountainous areas may be hazardous due to ice.

North wind at a speed of 7-12 m/s, with gusts of 15-20 m/s in some areas during the day.

Air temperature:

• At night: from +2° to -3°, in the mountains down to -6°.
• During the day: from +2° to +7°, in the mountains 0…-3°.
