Today in the village of Velykyi Bychkiv, Rakhiv district, a fatal accident occurred.
As a result of a minibus collision, a cyclist was killed. The car was driven by a patrol police officer.
Official information appeared on the Facebook page of the Patrol Police of Zakarpattia oblast.
"Today, at about 11 o'clock, in the village of Velykyi Bychkiv, Rakhiv district, a patrol police car collided with a cyclist who suddenly drove into the intersection at a prohibitive traffic light.
Unfortunately, the man died from his injuries. All relevant authorities are working at the scene to find out all the details," the official statement reads.
Also, local Telegram channels published a photo screen taken from CCTV cameras.
