Three residents of the Dnipropetrovsk region were going to "storm" the Tisza in Zakarpattia. Two of them brought yellow and blue children's life jackets.

"The 'athletes' were detained on the banks of the Tisza River by border guards of the Mukachevo detachment. Two of them tried to get to Hungary, another was going to sail to Romania," the statement reads.
Border guards of the "Vylok" department, during the implementation of the information received from the operatives of the detachment, at a distance of 100 meters from the border, found two men with children's life jackets, dressed in wetsuits. Both detainees are 34-year-old residents of Kryvyi Rih. For their "voyage" to Hungary, the Dodgers had to pay 1000 euros each.
"Instead, a 47-year-old resident of the city of Pidhorodne, in the Dnipropetrovsk region, was going to swim across the Tisza to get to Romania. The man paid $2,000 for the promised unhindered border crossing, but at a distance of 40 meters from the border, he was detected and detained by the border patrol of the Tyachiv department," the department added.
With regard to the detainees, protocols were drawn up on the commission of an administrative offense under Art. 204-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses "Illegal crossing or attempt to illegally cross the state border of Ukraine", which is punishable by a fine of UAH 3400 to UAH 8500 or administrative arrest for up to fifteen days.
Currently, the operatives of the detachment are establishing the circle of persons involved in the transportation of men across the border.
